Young Joon Kwak is an artist based in Chicago. His work is primarily sculpture, performance, and video. Much of Young Joon’s work deals with queer identity. His sculptures are often abstract amalgamations of wigs, slime, and glitter and exhibited in site specific relation.
Young Joon also sings in his band Xina Xurner and is a drag performer under the name Lil’ Elote.
